After being a believer in Jesus Christ for 64 years, I had heard about the 7 Feasts of Israel and people even came to my church and showed us how to do a Seder Dinner.(Passover for the Jewish people. I saw a book about the feasts and it peaked my interest so I began a study. I cannot believe no pastor has ever preached about these. I guess they thought they were just for the Jewish people to keep. We do not need to keep the feasts but we need to know that the feasts have 2 meanings, one for back in bible times and the other foretells events for later. The Spring Feasts, Passover, First fruits etc. foretell of the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus. Of course Pentecost is the beginning of the Church and then the Fall Feasts foretell the Rapture, the Atonement (Tribulation and Jews looking on Him who was pierced (not recognizing the Messiah) and the Feast of Tabernacles is Millennium. We should all study these and be aware of what they tell us for end times events. It is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!Product details

This book just very great on Elohim's Appointed Times is not Jewish Holidays most might think they are YHWH Elohim's Divine plan. The appointed times are importnat to any believer. This book gives some good information for each one with biblical passsages.
I haven't finished it yet, but so far so good. Very good information on each feast, and really good references from the early church fathers. The feast really do give a detailed account of what has happened in the past, and I believe paints a picture of what will happen in the near future. I have read other books on the same topic that were very good, but this book kinda puts it all together from Genesis to Revelation from the old testament saints to the apostles and even on to the early church. I pray you are as blessed by this book as I have been so far.
Very informative, I used this in a Bible Study I did on the Feasts and how they were significant then and now.
What can you say? If you want a better understanding of Bible prophecy
and how it relates to these ancient festivals, you'll want to read this book.
The author provides a simple, straightforward discussion of essential aspects,
written in a way anyone can grasp. Highly recommended.
I have been observing the feast/festivals for quite sometime and thought that I knew most things about it...but truthfully there are some very interesting facts that I didn't even know. This is a really good book for someone interested on what is done on the Jewish traditions itself and why all the festivals are really all about the Messiah once it is put together. Anyhow....it is very good.
Ken Johnson often takes liberties to insert other doctrines and beliefs into his "historical" "factual" research. spiritualizing scriptures and far stretching context to assign an arguable doctrine to otherwise plain and easily understood scripture. This is the second book I have read from this author. His facts are for the most part accurate but in this 2nd book I have found several facts to be incorrect. Some of the Hebrew is out right incorrect. These errors may be simple mistakes but it causes me to reconsider the other facts presented. I may re-read this and put some claims of evidence or his conclusions to the test.
This is the most thorough book I have found on the Jewish feast days. It includes information on more that the main seven feasts and also gives information on other Jewish customs such as the Jewish wedding. I believe there is prophecy woven into almost every part of the Bible if we know how to look for it. This book is full of examples of prophecy most people would overlook.
