This book caught my eye because it talks about acne problems. The book start a small essay that id been read to two teen boys who are having problem with acing. So the book goes on talking about sign and symptoms of acne. To my surprise you can have an acne problem if you have a psychological problem, bacteria and some of our daily food also causes a breakout of acne. The book explains on what kind of medications, medical procedures or what alternative medication you could use for your acne problem. What I like was how the book not just talks about medical procedures on what can be done for your acne problem. This is a definitely great book and very helpful. I had some acnes last year that was suffering and ugly. Before I read this book I didn't even know some acne treatment options. This book introduces the acne very detail. It includes acne treatment options,and diet collide in this mixture of humor and acne. The author Shleton did great job.
The book is very helpful for someone that has acne problem.The author explained,there's lots of different reason could cause of acne.It also listed detail what is the best choose treatmeny for acne. I learned gotten the acne may cause from family genes,also depends on your life habit.
Really great book. I liked the way the author worked a story into the book. It really grabs your attention and keeps you wanting to know more. This book talks about the many different acne types there are and their best form of treatment not only over the counter but prescription as well.
If you have ever suffer from acne,or currently suffering from acne this is the book that you must read. This book gives simple scientific data that proves what works and what does not work to cure acne. And to my surprise there are many different types of acne, that rate from 1-4 according to the Pillsbury scale. Furthermore there are products that can be found over the counter that are highly effective in combating acne. whats more, diet has much to do with acne as do hormones. Over all the book talks about all treatments even offers natural alternatives and debunks many acne myths.

I love this e-book. I am the one that has acne quiet often, and I hate it. As before, I heard others say that the acne in different spot on your face can refer to which part of your body should care about. In the market, there are lots of acne treatments, but we do not how to choose the right one for us. Usually, I use the tea tree oil as it also mentioned in the book, it kills the bacteria, and it works well on me. The book introduced many ways we can stay away from acne, also it explained how each product can be use and work. Also, it tells you what you can do everyday to get rid of acne, such as wash your face two times a day...ect.. You got to read this book, so you can get your right and working treatment options.
